Kolsch is a light, crisp, refreshing style of beer served when the beer is still 'young.' Our Kolsch is the simplest form of Kolsch....we used only the best German Pils Malt, Hallertau Mittelfreuh hops and Kolsch yeast. The rest is time and patience. We think you will find our Summer Breeze Kolsch a delightful addition to our summer line up! Prost!
