Our Wee-Tart is taking a tropical vacation! What started as a simple SMASH ale took a hard left into the tropics. We loaded it up with Pacific Sunrise hops, 90 pounds of pineapple purée before giving it a sour twist. The result? Bright, juicy pineapple, tropical hop character, and just enough pucker to keep things interesting. Tart, refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink!
